Well before I even start I have bullet pointed the main idea of my novel so I generally know what I am going to write.
My writer's block tends to be more finding the time to write rather than not knowing what to write.

Start writing and get the first draft done.
Once you have done the the first draft the backbone of your novel/manuscript should be there.
Just remember that you will be doing countless amount of drafts but remember to trust your instincts and you will get there.

The best thing about being a writer is I get to be creative and mould it in a way that hopefully readers enjoy.
