Oh my gosh, NO! I am in denial about how the show ended. I believe that Logan's Naval Intelligence job made him go undercover and that it was all a setup for something he was doing there. I refuse to believe it ended like it did. Did you like the ending? In my book, After All the Wreckage, the MC, Rory, is a Veronica fan also. She even gets the male MC watching the show, and he convinces Rory of the same thing. It did not happen the way we think it did. Ha.

Hi Lauren,
Thanks for the question! Music inspires my words allllll the time, but oddly enough it has to be silent for me to actually write. That's pretty much the only "must" I need to have. But, my typical writing partner is one of the cats in the house. They are usually on my lap or snuggled up next to me while I work.

Hi Geih,
Thanks for asking! Here are some options of where to start:
If you like books that make you cry but end with hopefully ever afters, I'd start with My Life as a Country Album.
Guarded Dream is the start of my interconnected, standalone military hero stories with their independent heroines and found families you'll want as friends.
Unmasked Dreams is the first book in my romantic suspense trilogy with feisty, genius heroines and protective, billionaire heroes.
Or if you want a standalone, try Charming and the Cherry Blossom which is an absolutely magical story about finding yourself, your path, and true love.
My standalone romance, The Last One You Loved comes out in Sept. 2022. It's a single-dad, small-town romance you might adore.
XOXO
LJ

Hi Amy! Thanks for asking me a question. I've been writing since I was a little girl (and I'm sadly.... to old to tell you my age now ;-) ), but I first started publishing two and a half years ago. I did it as a bucket list sort of thing, and it's turned into this beautiful writing adventure. I hope you get to read something soon by me. But I have some incredible recommendations if you're looking for other authors. XO LJ

Thank you again for your response. I was very interested in your recommendations for other Authors. I am always so surprised (pleasantly) when an Author is willing to suggest another Author to a reader. I also love hearing about an Author's personal journey to becoming an Author. Creating the places and people that I can get lost in is a talent that I know I could not even begin to do. Thank you again, and I appreciate you responding.

THE LAST ONE YOU LOVED is a single-dad, small-town romance coming Sept. 14th that I simply adored writing, and now I'm hard at work on my five-book series with an all-female rock band, protective heroes, and suspense plots that will keep you on your toes. The Painted Daisies series is coming in 2023. To keep up to date on all my latest books, be sure to sign up for my newsletter from my website. https://www.ljevansbooks.com

While my inspiration comes from a lot of different places, music lyrics are the #1 thing that will get a story started for me. I'll even pull the car over to write a scene or some characters that I get from a piece. I also got ideas from a piece of history, quotes, or a random comment in a crowded place. I have way more stories in my head then I could ever find the time to write, but I hope to get more of them out soon.

A lot of my books are inspired by songs. For example, Guarded Dreams, was inspired by the Luke Bryan song "Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset." The story starts at Ava's dad's beach house just like in the song. It was also inspired by Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher because I found this post of hers about their romance, and how she would never have thought when they were filming "That's 70 Show" that he would be the love of her life. Plus, he says all kinds of sweet things about her, too. It all came together in my head about dreams and missed chances.
