1980's was the political dark ages due to dictatorship in South Korea. Our older generation fought against the dictatorial government, and that's how we achieved the democratic society today. Hearing stories from our older generation, I couldn't ignore the situation happening in Hong Kong. And that's how I started writing 'Eye for Eye'.
