My latest book is about why women don't feel good enough. The idea came from a meeting where 10 successful women came up with a 10 year plan but when asked what would get in their way of being successful they all said they would. They weren't good enough and didn't deserve success. I was shocked. Outwardly they all came across as confident women, but they clearly weren't and it set me off on a three year journey with co-author Amy Vodarek to find out why and how to change the mindset.
