Hi Regina. Good to hear from you! I actually worked in a hotel years ago, when I was a student, and I met a lot of different guests when I was there. So this story came out of my imagining a situation and developing it into a story I thought would be intriguing yet still ring true with readers. It comes out on Thursday (10 Sept) on Kindle and soon in paperback! Hope you enjoy reading it.

My second novel is called The Fortnight and is set in Brighton. Like Landsliding, it's all about secrets and relationships with different viewpoints from several characters. I've virtually finished writing the story - I know how it'll end, so just have to get there now - and my next job is to go through and edit the whole thing. Watch this space!

I wanted to write about a female character whose life goes spiralling - or landsliding - out of control and how her past life ends up coming back to haunt her. It's the sort of book I'd want to read myself and they're always the stories I feel inspired to write.
