Hi, I'm so glad you enjoyed the first of the series! Thank you for your question; Book 2 is almost complete, and I hope to release it soon. It is tricky finding time to write in the summer, as I love to be outside with the horses, but the finish line is in sight!

I put some music on, and think about where I want to be with my horses and what I want to do with them. I have lots and lots of horse-related memories - both good and bad - from both childhood and my adult years, so there is always plenty to tell and my writer's block never lasts for very long.

You can do it anywhere and any time. If you are in a place - mentally or physically - that isn't very inspiring, then you can just take yourself off to a different place. Ironically, I write best when I am on holiday - relaxed and the pressure is off! What better excuse for going on holiday than needing to write?!

Never give up! Just keep on plugging away bit by bit and it's surprising how quick the word count increases. Even if you feel like you're not in the mood to write, just put pen to paper and get something down. Bad writing can only get better, but it's impossible to edit a blank page.

When I'm not riding or grooming, I absolutely love going to watch eventing - or failing that, watching it at home on TV. I also love to read a good romance book, and horse trials and romance really do go hand in hand!
