Michelle Matthews The idea for The Most Important Thing can from a trip to Target and the idea just sort of snowballed from there.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Michelle Matthews I back away from what I'm working on and brainstorm about the characters and try to live inside their heads. Usually, something will pop and I'll be back at my desk again writing.
