If I find myself experiencing writer's block I sit back, close my eyes, and meditate. I focus on my thoughts and emotions to discover what I am feeling and thinking about that is hindering my creative energy to flow. Once I discover what it is, I journal it and resume my work on my project.

The inspiration for my most recent book came by looking at the condition of young girls and women. My book ways created to inspire women to aspire higher in life by letting go of social norms of what a woman is supposed. I want my readers to realize their unique purpose as women, to accept who they are, and create the life they want.
