When I feel that sense of writer's block, I typically step away from the computer. Ideas, the good ones, seem to come to me at the oddest times - usually right in the middle of everyday, mundane task like washing the dishes or walking the dog. Also, prayer is my go-to place when I feel like I've run out of words.
