Hey Mark! Sorry for the late response. And yes, I'm definitely still working on the Underworld series. I have another trilogy or two planned in just the overarching plot, and a few ideas on what I'd want to explore after that. :D

Hey Jeje! It looks like its going to end up being 28 chapters and its coming in at 100k words. That's about 25k more than book 1. :D

I like the idea, but would probably have to wait until I'm writing full time. Time would be the number one thing I'd have to consider before getting involved in a project like that. Of course, which author I was writing with would also be a big consideration, but there are certainly some worlds I'd love to write in.

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm not very good at navigating Goodreads I'm afraid. To answer you question, there is no official date, but I'm suspecting April to May. I have a baby coming and I'm taking extra time off for family and to write. If things work out, that means I should be able to fly through the next one. There are so many things I want to do with the story. You can probably expect a much thicker book two.

Seeing a lack of more realistic LitRPGs. I have a background in MMA, boxing, kickboxing, etc. and was studying to become a personal trainer at one time. Game action is all and good, but I saw an opening and I slipped in a jab.

Underworld - Level Up or Die! revising book 1. Hope in the Dead - Alone rough draft. After Underworld, book 2 of Codename: Freedom is getting a full rewrite; its already started technically.

Read a lot and write a lot more. When you are young, or brand new to your craft, reading the good stuff in the genre you want to write in is probably the number one thing you can do. Great stuff in other genres can be just as helpful. Once you are past the basics, writing, writing and more writing is best thing you can do. Going along with this is finding a place to get feedback. royalroadl.com was essential to my growth as an author. Reviews, chapter comments, criticism, etc. was all priceless as I learn to tell a good story and develop real characters.

I get up and start pacing back and forth, directing my mind to start daydreaming about the story I'm working on. My biggest issue is connecting parts of the story, not knowing the story I want to tell. I have about 5 or 6 series already at the simmering stages.
