Being a writer has many cool things. One of them is making up stories, creating new worlds and characters that don't actually exist. Being able to do that, to make up something that wasn't there before and to feel it as real as any other thing is a great power. Another great thing about being a writer is the impact that you have, that you get. You can make people believe things, see things, imagine things, feel things, you can make them travel, you can touch them, make them cry, make them laugh, make them feel angry, anything you want is possible. And just with words! The right words, obviously... That is a great power as well.

Write, keep writing and never stop writing. It's the only way. Write about everything, what you're feeling, what you're thinking, what you're seeing, what you're doing, what you're living, anything that pops into your head. And don't judge it, don't be hard on yourself. Don't erase anything, don't delete anything, save it. Save it for later, save it for yourself. You don't have to publish everything after all. Explore genres until you find the one you like the most and that you feel comfortable writing about.

I'm working on a Sci-Fi novel, possibly the first part of a trilogy. It's a whole new genre for me so it's taking me a lot of work and time, but I hope it's good. I really like it so far!

I don't think that I have something specific that inspires me. There's a quote by Picasso that I really like that says "Inspiration exists, but it has to find you working". I think that's it. In order to get inspired you have to work hard, write, every day. You have to do things, live your life. Inspiration can come from any place, something that happened to you during the day, something you saw on the street, a song you were listening, a book you were reading, a movie or a series you were watching, a feeling you had, etc. Inspiration will come then, when you're doing things, and when you write about them. You'll see later if it's good or bad, but you have to keep writing. And when you have a great story, a great message, something that you want to tell the world, that's when you're inspired. And it will be clear for you as it will be for the people who will read it afterwards.

My book is based on my own experience. It's about my first boy crush, my first love and, possibly, my first and biggest heartbreak. It tells the love story of two boys. Part of it it's true, it happened in real life, and part of it isn't. Although it didn't work out in the end, my story with this guy, I wrote it and made up a whole new part in order to make it work.
