I learned not to fight it. Take a break, maybe a few days off, and wait for the block to clear. I also recommend having a side hobby (I like wood working) and dedicate time to this activity to clear up the mind and get a fresh look at things. Finally, Nutella is always a good friend :-)

I have been playing with different ideas on how to spark team building and creativity for teams I managed. Over the years, I tried exercises I learned from others, and I created my own - using drawing, movie posters, and physical exercises.
I realized that creative drawing were exercises that everyone easily understood, could be used in a variety of team settings, and were effective at creating a social bond - and sometimes some good laughs.
I decided to put them all together in a book - for my own use, and to let others enjoy the same.
I sat down one Sunday with my kids (all under 10 years old) and explained the idea, and they offered to help. I thought "this could be fun!", so we grabbed pens and paper and started putting together ideas - we ended up with more than 200 that day!
