I force myself to keep writing even if it is only a short amount. I also put the novel to one side and write a piece of flash fiction or edit a completed novel so that I can still do something with my writing.

I can do it at my own pace which is crucial for me as I am recovering from ME. I also like to see others enjoying what I have written.

Don't ever give up just keep writing and you will get there, I did and so can you. Spend some time in your imagination and the ideas can come. Look around you, then think about what you see or hear and you will find ideas come into your mind. Write them down straight away as it's very easy to forget what you were thinking about. Keep a notebook and pen with you or do what I do and make notes on my ipad.

I am at the editing stage of my second novel which is called The Necklace. It's a thriller so completely different to my first novel. The Necklace began as a short story but then I realised the potential to write a novel.
I am in the middle of my third novel which is also a thriller called The One Who Got Away. About 30,000 words into it so a long way to go yet.

The ideas just come into my mind and I just keep writing. If I don't write one day I absolutely hate it. I love writing and getting my imagination out there.
