So I've just finished your book, and I loved it so much. I smiled, laughed, cried and downright wept. So my question is, how were you able to make readers feel this way, what is it about your writing style that makes your book so real and beautiful?

To answer your question, I would have to say that I'm lucky enough (or unlucky enough, depending how you look at it) to be able to draw from my own experience, even at my young age. It's a lot easier to write about something when that thing feels so real to you.
I'd compare it to singers/songwriters that sing about things that they've experienced, like Taylor Swift and her ever-growing number of breakups. Or painters who show their emotions through a canvas.
Not that I know anything about music, painting, or even writing for that matter.
