Readers would recognise some of the landmarks, the landscape, the animals and a few of the characters. Some of the events in the book happened, either to us, or friends and acquaintances. Michael Trant The feedback from readers, good or bad.
Michael Trant Depends. If I want to get somewhere, but not sure how, I'll write the scene I'm aiming for and work back from there. Or if I'm not sure where to go, I'll let it sit and do something different. I think a lot when I'm driving.
