I meditate or take naps and exercise. I read and listen to the teachings of the spiritual gurus. Then I will show up again in front of the computer having a staring contest with the blank and white word document; then block of thoughts will come which I call the inspiration and wisdom. As these thoughts continue to flow I start typing them down and it keeps unfolding.
