What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Tim Majka Creating your own world. One where you make all the rules. Someplace to get lost.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Tim Majka Walk away for a bit. Go do something else. You never know when inspiration will strike you.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Tim Majka Write, write, write. Do it whenever you can. Short stories, essays, blogs, letters to the editor. There is no substitute for experience.

What are you currently working on?
Tim Majka I am currently working on books two and three of the Blood of the Ancients series. Book two will be called: Difatos Ascending and will hopefully be out in time for Halloween.

How do you get inspired to write?
Tim Majka I had a GREAT English teacher in 7th grade. We did a lot of creative writing. I have a life-long family friend that is a best-selling author, seeing her success has always been and inspiration.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Tim Majka The idea came to me from a combination of reading too many comic books, watching too many action/adventure/horror movies and my love of history.
