The Legend of the Winged People was loosely inspired by a highly successful anime series, The Secret of Blue Water. But there are other influences in it, from Dan Brown, to Clive Cussler, to Indiana Jones. I also drew from Eighties' movies like E.T. the Extraterrestrial and The Neverending Story

I am usually inspired by movies, Tv series, and anime more than books, although I do have some books that had an influence on me, especially ones I read when I was a lot younger.

I'm working on the first book of the sequel to The Legend of the Winged People series. The first series comprises six books. Ideally this one will comprise three. My aim is to make it both a sequel and an independent read. I'm a humanities teacher. I teach Italian language, history, and geography in continuing education, and I can also teach Latin. So my answer would be Hogwarts and I'd definitely teach a subject there. Magical spells, since I'm a linguist. Why not? Expecto patronum!

My own being a writer was a mystery to most of my friends and acquaintances for thirty-five years. Plus, I have some interests not many know about aside from writing as well
