I am editing the second volume of the Carmen Novels series, THE YELLOW. It concerns the sexual indiscretions of a world-famous psychiatrist and gives a peek into the often disturbing world of treating sex offenders. It also tries to answer the question so prevalent in our society today: Just who is the victim?

SCABLANDS is about a female psychologist who works primarily with men with sexual disorders. That was my profession for over 35 years (minus the female part, of course). I tried writing from a male perspective, but was unable to move very far into the story. Was I too close to it? When I changed the protagonist to Carmen Carillo, the story flowed.
