I LOVE ghost stories. During my research into ghosts that haunt New York City, the name Alexander Hamilton kept popping up. I then began researching Hamilton and became completely obsessed with him. I used Jane Street, the location of his death, as the crime scene in the story. It all started there.

I'm working on the follow up to my debut novel, "Jane Street." This book will take place at The Dakota, a famously haunted building on Manhattan's Upper West Side. When a fashion photographer is pushed from the top of the Dakota to her death, she haunts Verity's dreams with clues to her murderer's identity.
