I don't know who said this, but it's sound advice.
While your writing is flowing, don't labor over details of description and dialogue. That's for editing later. Get the story out. Then fine tune it.
Also, join communities like Goodreads. Writing is solitary, but it doesn't have to be lonely.

A long walk usually helps. I take my smart phone and put the ear-thingies in, but don't listen to anything. I use the phone's tape-recorder (is that still a word or are they calling it something else these days?) to verbalize my ideas.
If that doesn't help, I clean my house. My house is always partially clean.
