I try to stop overthinking and being critical. I just write. I work with my mind. So often the space between both my ears is my greatest enemy and if I listen it halts progress. I focus on writing ANYTHING and just keep going even if it does not make sense. I find it is better to just keep the momentum going it will pass.

I am currently working on a communication guide one lesson per week for my readers to improve their communication at home, work/business, and in the community. I am super excited about this. I have been studying communication and teaching on the subject for the past 12 years. It has changed my life for the better in so many ways. I want to share those lessons with my community in a practical way realistic way.

I get inspired to write when I see my readers need support in a visual form. When I teach and see what I guide and facilitate makes a difference and supports people to live their best life it inspires me to write and share with my community.

I got the idea from my readers. Several people who read my first book had several questions about how to build a relationship with themselves and how to listen. They asked for practical ways to listen to the expert within them.
I also saw in my practice of guiding patients, healthcare workers, and the community that often the most powerful act is to OWN you are the expert of you. I also find it is common not to know how to do this. So this book was born a simple practical guide for adopting a mindset that prioritizes what is best for you, your happiness, health, and well-being.
