Well, first off, I don't accept that there is something called writer's block. Rather, it's a mindset block. It's the resistance we feel when are trying to put an opinion or idea forward and we worry about being judged.
When I feel stuck, I ask myself why and then I just try to write something. I don't care how good it is. I just try to write something as a way to get some momentum back. That usually helps me change my perspective.
