I believe, for me, its a sudden urge. A feeling, a thought. I have a lot of random thoughts and that forces me to grab a pen and write them down.

The original idea came from a movie when I was a kid. A scary one. I've always loved horror. I can't even find the movie anymore. From there, I expanded on the idea and knew that I could take it ten times, imagination wise, from just a horror scene to a fantasy drama.
