Walk away. Do anything else for 24 hours. Music, TV, walking, reading, exercise. Come back to it slowly, and without expectation. Pressure only adds to writer's block. If it's still not there, write something else. Poetry, comments under a news story, freestyle whatever's in my head, even if it's just "I hate getting stuck. This sucks!" Repeat until it resolves.
