Getting the stories out of my head. They rattle around in there and distract me until they are written down and complete. It's very distracting.

Learn how to write well. Don't do what I did and spend $70,000 for a degree in it. There are tons of great blogs, podcasts, and writing groups.

I have four erotica short stories in the works, a line of erotica fairy tales that I'm working out, and two full-length erotica novels that will become series. Also, I am writing a mystery series and a scifi series under another name. All this and doing my best to narrow my focus and work on one thing at a time. I'm doing pretty well at knocking out the half-finished stories in my Scrivener files. Yay me!
