Michael Levitt I get outside into nature. Go for a walk. Whenever I'm feeling down or struggling with motivation on writing, I remove myself from my environment and get back to basics.

I journal a lot, and use my phone to write down concepts or quick notes.

If you get "writers block" I suggest writing down 1 word. Then try to write a 2nd word. Keep going.

Michael Levitt Marketing of a book is (for me anyway) harder than actually writing and publishing a book. There are a ton of steps (and potential missteps) that occur along the way. Key is to be consistent in your messaging and know who your audience is, and where they would be looking for your story.
