I have always loved to write! I went to work for a CEO and author, David Thomas Roberts. I was impressed that he had written and published 3 books and read them immediately! When I completed them, I wrote him reviews on sticky notes and submitted them to him. He asked if I could please write those reviews on Amazon. He then asked me, "well, I see you love to read...do you also love to write?" My answer was obviously, "absolutely!". He then asked if I thought I could write a Texas history book for a 6 year old. Hmmmph!! Well, I told him, "yes, of course", with a little hidden apprehension. I was not sure I could write about Texas history and captivate the attention of a 6 year old at the same time. My book is a product of my efforts and the encouragement after submission! I hope you enjoy it!
