My debut poetry collection stemmed from a year of ups and downs - heartache and love. I started journaling via poems/prose after the break up of what I thought was going to be my forever love and somehow it turned into 143 pages that is now, Shattered Pieces.

Write! Write, write, write, write, and write some more. It doesn't have to be good - most of it won't be, not at first at least. Just keep writing and you'll find your voice.
