My latest book, a historical romance called The Petticoat Letters was inspired by some information I discovered while doing research on another book. Female spies. Specifically, one female spy during the American Revolutionary War.

My best advice for aspiring writers...don't give up. Really. It's not much of an answer but its the truth. It took me eight years to get here. If I would have given up in year 4, well, my book would never be here. If writing is your passion, your dream, you'll keep at it. The only way it won't happen is if you quit.

There will be another book! I'm currently drafting book 2 (still no title!) and hope to turn that in to my editor around March. As for the number of books in the series, I honestly don't know! As of now, I'm thinking three but the characters could change that for me.
