I always take a break (but not too long), and remember why i began the process in the first place. There is a famous quote i always recite to myself and it says write because you have something to say not because you want to say something, and its just a reminder to me that the words are always and have always been somewhere inside me waiting to come out and all i need to do is find were they are and let them out.
