Actually I wasn't writing a book. It was an outlet and it spans decades of a life's journey, it often was a lifeline, a way to express the inner struggle and then a way to proclaim victory. If you take this journey it will surely stir your emotions, reach deep, one way or another the heart will be changed in the seasons of the soul.

Have to write before you do anything else. That is the first step. Just sit down and let it happen, the first couple of pages may be stiff but keep going until you get into the flow of it.
