My first book 'Warm Delinquencies' deals with the matters of the heart. It talks about the elements of love, loss, and the process of healing in the form of poetry. The idea of the book struck me one night in the month of September 2017 and I never looked back after. I shut myself from everything and everyone and wrote 150 poems. 71 of them are in the book. The idea kept developing throughout the process of writing the book. No matter how solitary the process was, it was rewarding.

I am working on a collection of short stories and poetry. It's still in its nascent stage and the stories are quite raw at the moment, but I'm working towards producing something interesting. I'm in no rush! :)

Dealing with a writer's block can be excruciating sometimes. Even more so if they linger. I try and do things that are entirely unrelated to writing. I go for a run, doodle, talk to friends I haven't spoken to in a while, cook, and well, you get the drift. I keep my brain stimulated while waiting for an idea or a story to wake me in the middle of the night.
