Joanne Serling When the writing is going well, there's no better feeling in the world. It's like your favorite song is playing in your head all day and you never tire of that particular melody.
Joanne Serling Be kind to yourself. Writing well is hard and there are many days when you will write crap. But if you keep at it, and pay attention to your process, you will hit pay dirt eventually.

Joanne Serling I try to trick myself into writing by making myself so busy with errands and other nonsense that I'm desperate to write down my fleeting, creative thoughts.
