Keep on writing. Don't give up! If you can't take your computer with you or don't have time to type, get a good notebook and find your favorite pen and carry it with you. You never know when you'll get inspired, and you'll be prepared to write it all down for later typing.

I get good sleep. Dreams are what spark my creativity. I get myself a nice warm cup of cocoa and head to bed. If that doesn't help I head over to my favorite Japanese Garden and walk around in the sunlight.
