Go back and read what I've written in the past. Normally that helps. Or I'll sit in a quiet room, close my eyes, and try to imagine what I want to write, where I want my characters to go... How I want them to get there, where I want them to end up... Sometimes it works! Other times, it just takes time. And patience to get through it.

Well, the one I'm working on currently, I wanted to write about Colorado since I grew up there. So, I decided to write a romance that takes place in the mountains with horses and drama and angst, because who doesn't love a little angst?
