What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Natalie Banks Write from the heart. Your first draft should always just pour out of you. Do not hold back on what you want to say. And don't think about anything but your story. No one has to see that first draft but you. You can pretty it up after the story gets on paper.

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Natalie Banks I re-read what I have already written and try to go to that place where my characters are. Then the story starts flowing again.

Natalie Banks The Dark Room release prepping. This one is a little bit darker and spicier than The Water is Wide.
