Hi Lindsey, Found in Time was my first novel and yes, The Lost Pulse is the sequel. If you enjoyed reading those check out The Export - that is the first in a three book series.

Actually I live in the suburbs but get into the city as often as possible.

For me, the only thing I can do is put the work aside and take some time off. Sometimes it's a day, sometimes a week. When the brain shows back up to work then I'm ready to rock and move forward.

You make things up in your head and then get to hear someone say they really enjoyed reading your work. The make believe is fun. Having others think so too is pretty cool. P.S. I'm "Writing" can also get you out of doing the dishes!

Write, write, write just like everyone told me. Share your work with friends and especially with people who will give you honest feedback so you know if you're on course or wandering off the reservation. Then seek the help of a professional who is kind enough to give it a go too. Do this early on so you can make adjustments before you get too far out to sea.

I spent nearly forty years in motorsports and racing fuel and I'm just finishing up a work of non-fiction titled FUELIN AROUND. It's a "racy" recollection of my time on the road and because it follows the thrills of professional and personal victories and agonizing defeats I believe it will appeal to readers in and outside of motorsports. I hope to have it completed by January 2018. In addition, FOUND IN TIME received some very good reviews before it was published and most of those same people asked what happens next. The sequel, if all goes well, should be out by May 2018.

I aspired to work in law enforcement when I was younger but poor vision killed any hopes of that career. Regardless, I've always admired people who volunteer to serve and protect their communities and their country. They inspire me. Seeing these brave men and women run toward the trouble and then go back and do it again and again is all the inspiration anyone should need to applaud them and tell stories about them.

I'm known to have a pretty good imagination and someone might have asked me once "If you could go back, would you change it?' It may have been a question relating to a business decision but it allowed me to consider "what if?" I've spent a huge amount of time flying internationally and that provided a great deal of time to reflect and before long I had the opening scene. From there, it just rolled from my mind to the keyboard.
