I don't need inspiration. I can work without it. But, music I sometimes use to perk me up if I'm a little worn out or frustrated. A fast beat makes my fingers move faster--it's kind of like when people use workout music playlists.

Bunch of stuff. I'm always writing a new long-term project while playing around with shorter works--since not every idea I have really fits a larger book. I'm just starting to really knuckle down and release stuff at a steadier pace. So, look forward to that.

I don't know--it's got perks. And downsides. There's a uniqueness to it, having the knowledge that stories can come through you. Weirdly, it's the sense of expansion of self that I like the most. To know I can make fictional people who appear alive, and then have others (and myself) talk and interact with them like they are real, breathing people. That's nothing short of magic.

You're going to hate me for this one, but "write every day" is actually one of the best bits of advice out there. Even if it's only like 100 words, there's momentum in routine. Other than that, I suggest making a blog and sticking to a posting schedule. Discipline is--I think--the most important skill a writer can have, and it's not usually a natural thing in a person. You've got to train yourself.

I don't believe in writer's block. I write regardless of inspiration, or how I feel. Doesn't matter if the words that day are bad--I can always edit them later.
