T. Renee Never Land. I'd fly, of course.

Can you tell us a two-sentence horror story?
T. Renee Paying back student loans. (I think that one sentence is frightening enough)

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
T. Renee No specific titles but I'd like to read more retelling type fiction. I want to see a new twist on Beauty and the Beast and Cinderella. Things like that.

How do you deal with writer’s block?
T. Renee step away from the pen turn on some music and pour a glass of whiskey and dance around.

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
T. Renee Being in control of all the endings.

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
T. Renee Weigh how much you want 'this' against how ready you are to hear the word, no; and if your desire to write outweighs your fear of failure then write your heart out.

What are you currently working on?
T. Renee A stand alone novel, this one has tragic love as well as hopeful romance and it's a completely different stage than HOF.

How do you get inspired to write?
T. Renee Actively listening to everything. Sometimes people make random statements that just stick with you, or a line in a song or a character saying something on television. One line can create a whole story.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
T. Renee Sitting at home listening to Adele and drinking a bottle of wine and it occurred to me her music is really tragic; and then it occurred to me the best music is somewhat tragic as are the best love stories and so Hearts On Fire began. Tragic love coupled with suspense.
