The ability to show people a new world. I have always loved reading and being able to dive into a character's persona, I like being able to give that to other readers.

Callie actually started as two separate stories that I had decided I didn't like so I put away. When I came back to them I realized that I could combine them and make a pretty decent story. As I kept writing, things just kept forming so I kept putting them down. I can't exactly say where I got the idea, as it has nothing to do with my life or the life of anyone I know

I have found that I get writer's block a lot when I type my stories, so I go back to a pen and paper. However, sometimes I just need to take a break and revisit at a different time when I have had some ideas. You can also plan out what you want to answer and go based off of that paper.

Just keep writing. No matter what it is or how terrible you think it is, write. It makes you better at creating little worlds in your head, and who knows, maybe one day you'll decide to pick the story back up and write a book.

I just really love writing. I find that I can't write about what is going on in my life because then it gets too personal, so I use what I have read and what I enjoy reading to figure out ways to structure characters and setting
