What a great question! To be honest, I have a million ideas but I love writing the characters in the Altair books so much that I hope I get to keep writing this series for a very long time. I actually have the next 8 Altair books outlined where the reader will find out exactly what happened to Sayer's fiancé (concluded in book 3 which I'm working on now), plus we will eventually dive into some of Nana's secret past and learn more about Subject 037, a dangerous psychopath (introduced in Buried, book 2) who develops an unhealthy obsession with Sayer.

Yes! I'm already done with book 2, officially titled Buried (where Sayer is called in to investigate a cave full of human bones found deep in the Virginia mountains). Buried will be out summer 2019. I'm now working away on book 3. I actually have the series outlined for the next 8 books so I hope to be lucky enough to keep writing even more in the Sayer series!
