The idea came from when I taught kindergarten. I wanted to share that 11 year experience with the world. I still keep up with many of the students. We have a Facebook group call Team Shipman. Their Then and Now pictures will be featured in the new book.

I get an idea. Think about it in my head for awhile. I sit alone and just write. I usually do an outline first. When I do sit down it takes about a day or two to finish the book.

I'm preparing to launch the NEW CLASSIC, Mr. Shipman's Kindergarten Chronicles: The First Day of School. It has been a dream come true to have this book come out. The first book amazed people. this book is going to blow them away!!!

Consider your goals: are u trying to just publish a book OR are u wanting make money OR are you desiring your works be acknowledged as acclaimed writings...Each objective requires a different path
Which ever you decide, research it using YouTube and the internet and researching specific authors that have achieved the objective you desire
If you decide to self publish, use Createspace thru Amazon and Ingram Sparks as publishers but purchase your own ISBN from Bowker. They are reputable.
If u need an illustrator try Upwork app. Give several illustrators a descriptive passage from your work and have them illustrate it. This will give u a reasonable idea of their talents
Funding... use kickstart or gofund me and set a low goal ... the minimum youll need to publish..... you will have to worry a lot of people but it can work.OY ...also map out avREASONABLE timeline for you to work with building in time for delays
Finally don’t tackle this alone...build a team of people of whom u trust their opinions and who are willing to help u and GO FOR IT!
