So far, I haven't encountered long term writer's block yet. When I have trouble plotting or coming up with a story idea - I relax, read and pray.

Join local writers groups or interact with writers online. We learn so much from one another. Buy books on the craft of writing to learn the basics then turn your imagination loose - jump in and have fun.

Inspiration comes in many ways. I pray. I pray a lot. The Lord helps to focus my mind on certain topics to write about. I was gifted with a huge imagination. It can be a blessing and a curse. God is helping me turn that imagination into a blessing.

You get to be a child again. I spent most of my childhood making up stories and situations and acting them out as if I was on stage. Now that I'm a writer I get to be a child again.

I am currently working on a young adult speculative series. It's fast paced and exciting. It's written for the Christian market and touches on some very deep issues.
