I had so many friends and clients telling me I should write a book, that I finally thought... ya, why the hell not:) I spent so many years feeling shitty about myself, that once I found my way out of that fog, It seemed like the natural next step to share HOW I found my way out, so that others might benefit.

I am working on a book called : SCREW THE SHOULDS.
Its a memoir about my spiritual journey. Its full of wild, crazy and very unconventional stories of my walk with GOD. I think any person curious about spiritual things, but not sold on what a lot of 'religion' teaches, will find it encouraging and hopeful.
