Wow Rachel, congratulations on your book! what an amazing achievement I know you are a die hard writer so this must be a great feeling for you and a long time want to be published. I am so proud of you and humbled by what you have done since your illness. Stay strong woman you are force to be reckoned with, but I always knew that ;) takes a strong woman to recognise a like spirit. Much <3 to you and the Capps crew?

RK Wallis Write, write, write! Live and breath it as much as possible. And don't get discouraged.

What are you currently working on?
RK Wallis Something entirely different. A YA fantasy. I like a challenge and fiction is sooo much harder.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
RK Wallis After years of striving to get better after my brainstem stroke, I realised you don't just need determination. You needs "spades" of it!
