Dina Cheney I'm always inspired to write. I have so many ideas...which I need to get out there. As far as recipe development goes, I'm perpetually eager to turn my concepts into actual recipes and to experiment in my kitchen.
Dina Cheney I eat vegetarian most of the time, which prompted the overall concept of my most recent book, Meatless All Day. I also love LOTS of flavor, so made sure to only include exciting, high-impact recipes.

My next book, Mug Meals, is coming out this March. It's full of delicious, easy recipes made in a mug in the microwave! Since I have two young kids, this idea was also right up my alley!

Finally, I've discovered that I have mild lactose intolerance, so I rely on homemade (and, sometimes) storebought alternative milks, hence the idea for the book I'm working on now: The New Milks.
Dina Cheney I'm currently writing a cookbook about alternative milks: coconut, grain, legume, nut, and seed. It's coming out in March 2016.
