My book Self-Esteem came from my journey through low self-esteem as a teenager and young adult. I struggled with a lot of the typical things: poor body image, low self-confidence, dating choices, self-doubt, fear, etc. As I grew stronger as a person, I looked around and saw lots of other young girls growing up behind me who were also struggling. This book came out of my desire to help them navigate the murky waters of self-esteem. It's my way of extending a hand and pulling someone up behind me in this crazy thing called life.
