I started writing and sharing these essays in 2014 under
the title “Thought for the Week” with a small but diverse
group of readers from different backgrounds, age groups,
and professions. Their feedback over three years has been
very encouraging and profoundly humbling. It convinced me that
what I wrote and shared was helping people in a small way
in their daily lives, as such, it would be good to share this
work with a broader audience.

When we see life as an open book and the Universe as our
teacher, then there are no set rules for learning. We can learn
from whoever we come in contact with at any point in time. Vipassana meditation and the Buddha's teachings help. Also, riches lie within us; we have to turn inward to mine them.

I have never considered a period of inactivity as "writer's block." It's time to contemplate and practice patience.
