I'm currently working on a story for Kristy Bromberg's Driven World. I can't tell you how excited I am to be part of this project. Not only do I love Colton and Rylee from the Driven series (their story has made me both laugh and cry) but I also have a strong love of fast sexy cars.
My story is titled Qualify and it's about a woman stepping into a mans world of racing. Specifically... a mechanic in what was once an all male pit crew.
As I'm sure you can imagine her presence will not be well received which means a lot of angst and some drama. She'll have a love interest.... oh and five brothers.

Walk away. It's the hardest thing to do because I know the story is there, in the back of my mind and I just want it to come out but forcing it only makes matters worse. Walking away and giving my mind time to rest seems to work best for me.

I would have to say Claire's island in Aleatha Romig's Consequences series. While I'm there I would introduce myself to Claire and Tony and hope they'd be gracious enough to let me lounge on the beach while drinking fancy mixed drinks with umbrellas in them.
